NeurIPS 2025 Call For Education Materials

Educational Content for the AI Education Resource Showcase

As part of the NeurIPS 2025 One-Day Event on AI Education, we invite submissions of short, engaging educational materials that introduce AI concepts, techniques, or applications to non-expert audiences. Accepted materials will be featured in the AI Education Resource Showcase, a dedicated space at the event where attendees can explore high-quality content throughout the day.

We welcome submissions in a variety of formats, including (but not limited to):

  • Short videos or audio recordings explaining an AI concept or demonstrating a real-world application
  • Slide decks, lecture notes, digital handouts, or course syllabi designed for high school students or general learners without a technical background
  • Interactive demos or notebooks that help learners explore AI concepts intuitively
  • Blog posts or visual explainers with infographics, animations, or accessible illustrations of AI tools and techniques

Submission Guidelines

Submitted materials should be:

  • Targeted to a non-expert audience, including high school or earlier stage students, undergraduate students in non-CS related majors, educators, professionals in other domains, or the general public
  • Engaging and visually clear, minimizing technical jargon where possible
  • Accurate and responsible, reflecting a balanced view of AI’s capabilities and limitations
  • Concise, designed to be read/watched/listened to within 5–15 minutes
  • Previously unpublished online
  • Packaged as a ZIP file, under 250MB in size

Alongside the submitted materials, the submission should include a one-page cover page (not restricted to any style) clearly stating the target audience, the expected read/watch/listen time, and a brief description of the material.

Selected submissions will:

  • Be featured during the event on a dedicated screen and/or digital browsing station
  • Be made available for download via the NeurIPS website (non-archival format)
  • Be eligible for the People’s Choice Award, selected by attendee votes during the event

This is a great opportunity to share your work with a wide-ranging audience, including educators, students, researchers, professionals across industries, journalists, and policymakers. We welcome contributions from individuals and organizations, including students, nonprofits, outreach teams, and educators at all levels.
